PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Packages will only be processed on business days.
Processing time for domestic orders is 2-3 business days, 5 days for out-of-stock orders. After this, the delivery time within the United States will be 5 to 7 business days, except for force majeure events, acts of God or derivatives of the parcel service.
Free shipping from $50 dollars only within the United States.
Internationally, the average delivery time is 15 to 30 business days depending on the national postal service of the destination country.
When the order arrives in the destination nation, it will be transferred from the United States mail to the local carrier in your country.
We are not responsible for shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural events, transfers or delays in air and ground transportation, nor for any additional charges or customs once the package has left the United States.
Packages that the carriers cannot deliver will be canceled and refunded once they are returned and received at our offices in optimal conditions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept unjustified returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final with the goal of respectful, fair and equal treatment in our community.
  • Returns can only be made under the following criteria:
1. When the product in question has not been opened or used and is in optimal condition.
2. When the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality.
3. When the return request has been made within the first 10 business days of delivery of the product.
4. Proof of receipt issued by the parcel service must be attached, as well as proof of payment and order number.

  • There will be no returns:
1. When the product has been altered, damaged or used.
3. When the product is altered or damaged due to a cause of force majeure or due to mishandling of parcels and/or the customs agency.
4. When the delivery could not be completed and the product does not return to our facilities in perfect condition.
A refund can only be made for the product or products that have not reached the recipient, as long as it is proven through internal security cameras that any possible missing product has been the responsibility of the company's parcel department. The term for making the refund will be 15 business days, counted once the refund has been accepted by this party.
